Thomas Hampson & Laura JacksonLaura Jackson serves as the Music Director and Conductor of the Reno Philharmonic and guests conducts orchestra nationally and internationally. Her appearances this season include performances with the Ann Arbor, AVA Ballet, Boca Raton, Evansville, Hartford, and Richmond Symphonies, as well as the conductor of the gala concert of Dolora Zajick's Institute for Young Dramatic Voices, a free concert as part of Nevada's Artown Festival. Current projects include a new commission (yet to be announced!), following on the heels of the Reno Philharmonic's triumphant 50th-Anniversary Season and Transcontinental Railroad project.
